No I will never recommend leaving your baby to cry and not offering support and reassurance. However, I do not say that there will not be any crying. Crying is a normal way that our babies communicate with us and when we make changes and set boundaries around sleep most children will let us know how they feel about this

I do not have a one size fits all approach and will always work with you to find a way to make improvements to sleep that you feel comfortable with. I have worked with children and families for 15 years and bring knowledge of complex safeguarding and family support as well as a background in systemic family therapy.

No. I will never guarantee a specific amount of sleep. All children have different sleep needs and expecting a 12 hour night is often unrealistic for many children. However, I will support you to get more sleep and more settled sleep using evidence-based gentle methods.
